The practice works remotely for projects anywhere in Australia. Reports are written for building certifiers and surveyors, and for the builders, architects, interior designers and fit-out companies who need them for an application. Residential files are prepared for the designer, the builder or the owner who needs the certificates.

A fit-out is assessed on the work in the tenancy drawings. A refurbishment or a new building is assessed on the scope those drawings actually show. A house is quoted on the published dwelling type. If a drawing is missing, the quote or the report says so.
