A fit-out is assessed on the work in the tenancy drawings. It is not widened into a whole-building reassessment unless that is the scope. The report is still written so the certifier can use it.
Send the architectural set for the tenancy, the lighting layout and luminaire schedule, and mechanical drawings where air-conditioning or ventilation is in the fit-out. If the base building already has a Section J report, say so. The quote follows the scope you describe.
Fees are From $650 inc GST. Turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from full drawings. One minor revision is included. A minor revision is a correction, or a small drawing change that does not add scope. A new tenancy, a different classification, or a redesigned façade is quoted again.
