What the quote form keeps
This note describes the enquiry form on this site. It is a plain explanation, not a full privacy policy drafted by a lawyer. Have it reviewed before you rely on it.
Carbon Edge Consulting collects the details you type into the quote form: name, company, email, phone, the service (Section J, NatHERS, BASIX, or NatHERS + BASIX), state, project or dwelling type, whether you asked for priority turnaround, building class, floor area, NCC edition, a message, and any drawings file or link you choose to send.
Those details are stored so the enquiry can be quoted and, if you proceed, so the report or certificates can be prepared. When email delivery is configured, a copy is sent to andrew.costi@carbonedgeconsulting.com. The form is not used to build a marketing list, and the details are not sold.
Drawings you upload are kept with the enquiry. Send only files you are allowed to share. A link you paste is stored as text. Do not send passwords in the message.
To ask for a copy of an enquiry, or for it to be deleted, email andrew.costi@carbonedgeconsulting.com. Deletion does not apply to a report or certificate that has already been issued where it has to be kept for the project record.
The site may be hosted on Vercel. Their handling of server logs is described in their own terms. This site does not use an advertising tracker.
