BASIX applies in this state. A New South Wales dwelling is usually quoted as NatHERS and BASIX together, with each certificate fee on its own line, passed through at cost.
Houses, granny flats, alterations and dual occupancy across Sydney and the rest of New South Wales are quoted from the plans. Window schedules and construction notes are what close the fee.
BASIX certificates are lodged through the BASIX portal. The BASIX certificate fee is GST-free and is passed through at cost, with no margin. GST is added to our fee and to the NatHERS certificate fee.
