Section J reports for building certifiers in Queensland

Deemed-to-Satisfy Section J reports for Brisbane and the rest of Queensland, written with the compliance summary on the first page. From $650 inc GST.

Brisbane, Gold Coast and regional Queensland projects are quoted the same way, with no travel charge. Certifiers receive a first page that states the result, the edition, and what was not checked.

Queensland moves to NCC 2025 on 1 May 2027. Name the edition if the certifier has already set it. The report uses that edition rather than the date a new NCC was published nationally.

Queensland is not one climate. A Brisbane address and a site in a hotter or cooler part of the state are assessed on the zone that belongs to that address. Missing build-ups stay open in the report.

Turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from full drawings after the quote is accepted and the set is complete. A fixed quote is given after the drawings are reviewed. The starting fee is for a straightforward project. A larger floor plate, more than one classification, or an incomplete set is priced before you commit. One minor revision is included. A minor revision is a correction, or a small drawing change that does not add scope. A new tenancy, a different classification, or a redesigned façade is quoted again.

Upload the drawings, or call the number beside the button. The fee comes back in writing. Sending a request does not appoint the practice.
