A fit-out that changes lighting and services is assessed on those items. Fabric is included when the drawings alter the envelope. There is no Darwin office to drop drawings into.
The report uses the NCC edition the certifier is assessing against. Name that edition with the drawings if you know it. If you do not, it is confirmed before the report is issued.
A Darwin project is not assessed as if it were a southern capital, and a site elsewhere in the Territory is not assumed to match Darwin. Glazing and wall build-ups need to be shown before those lines can be closed.
Turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from full drawings after the quote is accepted and the set is complete. A fixed quote is given after the drawings are reviewed. The starting fee is for a straightforward project. A larger floor plate, more than one classification, or an incomplete set is priced before you commit. One minor revision is included. A minor revision is a correction, or a small drawing change that does not add scope. A new tenancy, a different classification, or a redesigned façade is quoted again.
