The ACT has been on NCC 2025 since 1 May 2026. NCC 2022 is still accepted until about 30 April 2027. Say if you already know which edition the certifier is using.

Reports are From $650 inc GST. The fixed quote follows a review of the drawings. One minor revision is included. A 50% deposit starts the work, and the balance is due before the report is released.
