The climate zone is the one for the site address. It is not borrowed from a previous Adelaide job. Glazing and lighting still need schedules before those lines can be closed.
Projects in South Australia are quoted as NatHERS only. The BASIX certificate fee is not added outside New South Wales.
Standard turnaround is about 2 to 3 business days from complete plans. Priority is +40% on our fee only. NatHERS certificates are issued through NatHERS-approved software.
