Canberra sites are commonly in a cooler climate zone than coastal Sydney. The report still uses the zone for the address on the drawings, not a standing assumption. Fabric conclusions are only closed where the build-ups are shown.
Projects in Australian Capital Territory are quoted as NatHERS only. The BASIX certificate fee is not added outside New South Wales.
Standard turnaround is about 2 to 3 business days from complete plans. Priority is +40% on our fee only. NatHERS certificates are issued through NatHERS-approved software.
