NatHERS for Victorian houses, alterations, granny flats and dual occupancy is prepared from the plans. BASIX is a New South Wales certificate and is not used on Victorian projects.
The climate zone comes from the address on the drawings. A central Melbourne project and a site in a cooler or more exposed part of Victoria are not assessed as the same climate.
Projects in Victoria are quoted as NatHERS only. The BASIX certificate fee is not added outside New South Wales.
Standard turnaround is about 2 to 3 business days from complete plans. Priority is +40% on our fee only. NatHERS certificates are issued through NatHERS-approved software.
