NatHERS is prepared for Western Australian houses, granny flats, alterations and dual occupancy. BASIX does not apply in Western Australia.
A coastal Perth project and an inland Western Australian site are not interchangeable. Glazing schedules and lighting power matter just as much here as on the east coast. Without them, the relevant lines stay open.
Projects in Western Australia are quoted as NatHERS only. The BASIX certificate fee is not added outside New South Wales.
Standard turnaround is about 2 to 3 business days from complete plans. Priority is +40% on our fee only. NatHERS certificates are issued through NatHERS-approved software.
