NatHERS for Tasmanian houses is quoted from the plans, including cooler-climate fabric where the drawings show it. BASIX is not used in Tasmania.
Where the envelope is in scope, a cooler climate zone changes the fabric comparison. A Hobart address is not assessed as a mainland coastal site, and an inland Tasmanian site is not assumed to match Hobart.
Projects in Tasmania are quoted as NatHERS only. The BASIX certificate fee is not added outside New South Wales.
Standard turnaround is about 2 to 3 business days from complete plans. Priority is +40% on our fee only. NatHERS certificates are issued through NatHERS-approved software.
