NatHERS is available for Northern Territory houses on the same published fees. BASIX is not used in the Northern Territory.
A Darwin project is not assessed as if it were a southern capital, and a site elsewhere in the Territory is not assumed to match Darwin. Glazing and wall build-ups need to be shown before those lines can be closed.
Projects in Northern Territory are quoted as NatHERS only. The BASIX certificate fee is not added outside New South Wales.
Standard turnaround is about 2 to 3 business days from complete plans. Priority is +40% on our fee only. NatHERS certificates are issued through NatHERS-approved software.
