Queensland is not one climate. A Brisbane address and a site in a hotter or cooler part of the state are assessed on the zone that belongs to that address. Missing build-ups stay open in the report.
Projects in Queensland are quoted as NatHERS only. The BASIX certificate fee is not added outside New South Wales.
Standard turnaround is about 2 to 3 business days from complete plans. Priority is +40% on our fee only. NatHERS certificates are issued through NatHERS-approved software.
